Preparedness and Competences of Polish Teachers on the Threshold of Changing the Structure, Organization and Standards of the Education Systems

چکیده

This study aimed to discover whether there are differences between teachers with different professional competences (general teacher, support special teacher) in their assessment of own preparedness for working SEN students, and also determining levels connected the level emotional intelligence social competences. The timing was context changing structure, organization standards education systems pupils pre-service teacher Poland. It analysed 225 using Two-dimensional Emotional Intelligence Inventory (DINEMO) Social Competence Questionnaire. obtained results show that not all ready work a diverse group, implementing inclusive model education. Moreover, they indicate importance carefully chosen program practical preparation future teachers.
